二級研究員、博士生導(dǎo)師，中國科學(xué)院科學(xué)數(shù)據(jù)總中心主任，大數(shù)據(jù)分析系統(tǒng)國家工程研究中心副主任，中國信息協(xié)會科學(xué)數(shù)據(jù)專委會主任，中國檔案學(xué)會科技檔案與科學(xué)數(shù)據(jù)管理專委會副主任，承擔(dān)國家發(fā)改委重大專項、國家重點研發(fā)計劃項目、國家自然科學(xué)基金重點項目、國家自然科學(xué)基金重大研究計劃重點支持項目等20多項重要科研任務(wù)。授權(quán)發(fā)明專利50多項，獲國際/國家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)10項；出版專著5本；在Cell Research、National Science Review、IEEE TKDE、KDD等國際著名期刊和會議發(fā)表論文150多篇，獲2023年度中國科學(xué)院優(yōu)秀教師稱號，培養(yǎng)學(xué)生曾獲中國科學(xué)院院長特別獎（2023）、中國科學(xué)院院長優(yōu)秀獎（2021，2024）、中國政府優(yōu)秀來華留學(xué)生（2020）等榮譽(yù)。
