近日,國際高性能學(xué)術(shù)會議SC23 (International Conference for High Performance Computing, Networking, Storage, and Analysis)在美國召開,本次會議吸引了來自全球的高性能計(jì)算、體系結(jié)構(gòu)領(lǐng)域的學(xué)者和專家參加。我中心研究員遲學(xué)斌、王彥棡、正高級工程師王玨和碩士研究生時(shí)雨萌參加了此次會議,分別做了題為“ANT-MOC: Scalable Neutral Particle Transport Using 3D Method of Characteristics on Multi-GPU Systems”和“Large-Scale Simulation of Structural Dynamics Computing on GPU Clusters”的報(bào)告。

前者依托“東方”超級計(jì)算機(jī)形成了核材料計(jì)算、中子輸運(yùn)模擬、結(jié)構(gòu)力學(xué)仿真和多物理耦合計(jì)算等一系列數(shù)值反應(yīng)堆軟件(ANT-MOC),該軟件是我中心自主研發(fā)的大規(guī)模三維中子輸運(yùn)求解軟件,在“東方”超算16000個(gè)異構(gòu)加速器上實(shí)現(xiàn)高達(dá)千億規(guī)模特征線的中子輸運(yùn)方程求解。ANT-MOC工作榮獲了SC23大會的最佳論文提名和最佳學(xué)生論文提名。后者針對大規(guī)模計(jì)算中存在的批量稀疏矩陣向量乘效率低和負(fù)載不均衡問題,自主研發(fā)了HARSA-FETI軟件。該軟件將反應(yīng)堆結(jié)構(gòu)動力學(xué)和多物理耦合,實(shí)現(xiàn)了一個(gè)自適應(yīng)負(fù)載均衡框架,在“東方”超算12800個(gè)異構(gòu)加速器上實(shí)現(xiàn)了中國實(shí)驗(yàn)快堆全堆芯百億網(wǎng)格流致振動模擬。
